As a former customer-call-cen...I love this concept! As a former customer-call-center employee, I was frustrated how corporate mandated that all calls be kept to a certain time frame. How can one truly address a customer's needs when we are being timed? I understand that time requirements ensure that more customers are being helped and that hold times are low.
