It's funny how much technology has changed the way we comunicate with customers. Anyway I find that social media can really help understand what people are sayong about your brand.. for those large and well known brands especially..

ReplyDeleteRachel, did you know that there are digital sticky notes? They're personal reminders, though, rather than notes for the recipient.
