Columbia Business School's BRITE conference is back for 2009! It's taking place this March 4 and 5 in New York City on the Columbia University Campus.
Registration has begun with savings for early registrants. The best deal is available now through 1/26/09. And, I'm very pleased to be able to offer you a 15% discount off registration if you use the code above [briteblog09] when you register.
An overview of BRITE states that the event "will bring together big thinkers from business, technology, media, and marketing to discuss how technology and innovation are transforming the ways that companies build and sustain great brands." The format this year has changed a bit in that Day 1 is the more formal day with larger audience and keynotes, speeches, and panels featuring leading companies and case studies, new research, demos of emerging technologies, and the audience award for BRITE Big Thinker of the year. Day 2 offers interactive discussions, break-outs, and peer networking. [Last year's events had the 2 formats swapped.]
This link describes the BRITE '09 conference. Check out the agenda which addresses these topics:
+ digital marketing that works -- cases from the front lines
+ social media, mass media, and the prospects for brands
+ crowdsourcing, tribes, and marketing with online communities
+ next-generation business and the challenges of innovation
The lineup of Featured speakers is impressive. I'm looking forward to seeing Francois Gossieaux again [maybe I'll get to shake Seth Godin's hand!] and hearing Jeff Jarvis.
Please let me know if you plan to attend.
