Overloading your consumer experience is such an easy trap to fall into, especially if you are involved in selling things on the internet. It is always worth keeping in mind that most consumers are creatures of habit and do not want to be bombarded with a thousand options all the time!
Hi CB,
Thank you for sharing this post. Far too may companies fall into "it's all about me" content creation category and complicate the issue further with too many options. Useful post. Thanks again!
Richard,
You make a great point about consumers not wanting to be bombarded with 1000s of options.
Thank you!
Best,
CB
Rachel,
I love your characterization of "it's all about me" in offering too many choices.
Thanks for visiting.
Best,
CB
